Welcome!
As president of the UC Berkeley chapter of Delta Gamma, I invite you to explore our website and learn more about our chapter. Through our photos, events, scholarship, and philanthropy, you’ll gain a glimpse into Delta Gamma life at Cal. Our chapter has been a proud presence on the Berkeley campus for more than 100 years, with generations of women living our values and sharing them with the greater Cal community. Delta Gamma offers women of all ages a rich heritage grounded in integrity, philanthropy, intellectual honesty, and above all, Doing Good. Our purpose is to foster meaningful friendships, promote educational and cultural interests, cultivate a strong sense of social responsibility, and develop the finest qualities of character.
Gamma Chapter is proud of its tradition of excellence. In the 2024–2025 academic year, our chapter achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.63, placing us among the highest-ranking academic chapters both within UC Berkeley’s National Panhellenic Council and across Delta Gamma nationally. In addition, our members contributed more than one thousand hours of service to the visually impaired through Delta Gamma’s national philanthropy, Service for Sight. And in some exciting news, Gamma chapter is raising our very own guide dog, fittingly named Delta!
While our academic and philanthropic accomplishments are important, they do not fully capture what it means to be a Cal DG. Our sisterhood is defined by the close and lasting friendships we form, the strong support system we build, and the sense of belonging we find within our chapter. Delta Gamma offers a study partner, an adventure companion, and a trusted confidant. We celebrate one another’s successes and support each other through challenges. Our chapter is made up of women with diverse talents, goals, and achievements, united by a commitment to unwavering and unconditional friendship. I am incredibly proud to be part of this community of women who inspire me daily and enrich my life with their humor, support, and intelligence.
I encourage you to explore our chapter website as well as Delta Gamma’s national website, www.deltagamma.org, to learn more about all that DG offers its members during their college years and beyond. Please feel free to contact me or any of our officers at any time with questions or comments.
