Delta Gamma encourages young women to explore the opportunities that the Greek system at UC Berkeley offers. Sisterhood, academic support, philanthropy, and social activities are just some of the advantages that accompany membership in a sorority chapter.

It is important to find the chapter that best fits the individual, therefore the UC Berkeley Panhellenic association organizes a formal recruitment process in which women with interest in the Greek system visit all of the sorority chapters in order to find the best match. It's a great way to meet new people and to learn about campus life. For more information on joining a sorority at UC Berkeley, please visit the CalGreeks website. Next formal recruitment period starts in Fall 2026.

If you are a member of Delta Gamma and would like to recommend a young woman to the Gamma chapter during Recruitment 2026, Please complete a recommendation letter provided by DG Executive Offices. You can email it to our VP of Membership, Skye Escobedo, at ucbdgvpm@gmail.com, or mail it to the Delta Gamma house before Primary Recruitment begins.
